Our refund policy applies to refunds issued by Webworldsolution and any brands or companies owned by Webworldsolution . This policy does not extend to companies that are not owned or controlled by Webworldsolution , nor does it apply to individuals not employed or managed by WebServices.
Filing a Complaint
At Webworldsolution , we approach every project with the end goal in mind. Ensuring customer satisfaction is as much our responsibility as it is the client's. Therefore, we believe that every possible effort should be made to reach a mutually acceptable resolution in cases of service-related dissatisfaction. A refund should only be considered as a last resort when all other options have been exhausted.
Our ultimate goal is to find a solution that works for both parties. However, if you remain unsatisfied and wish to request a refund, we kindly ask that you first reach out to us at projects@webworldsolution.net for a final discussion before proceeding with a refund claim.
A refund request should only be submitted if an agreement cannot be reached after thorough discussions.
Types of Refunds
Full Refund: Applicable when the project has not commenced or no documentation has been initiated. Once approved, the refund process will begin after the initial payment and may take 10 to 20 days to be processed.
Partial Refund: If the project is not delivered as per the agreed-upon terms outlined in a signed contract, a partial refund may be issued based on the portion of the assignment completed.
No Refund: Once the project has been completed and all necessary documents, including materials (if any), have been delivered to the client, no refund will be provided.
